Sawakin

Suakin is a historic port city on the Red Sea coast of Sudan. Once a major medieval trade hub, the old city is famous for its unique architecture built from coral stone. It currently serves as a secondary port to Port Sudan and maintains ferry connections to Saudi Arabia.
