Summary

About the place: Albrechtice is a municipality in the Ústí nad Orlicí District within the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic, situated in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains approximately 4 km northeast of Lanškroun along the Moravská Sázava river. It is a predominantly rural and agricultural settlement set in a gently rolling landscape.

Flag Description: The flag consists of seven bendwise (diagonal) stripes: white, red, white, blue, white, red, and white, in a width ratio of 3 : 1 : 2 : 4 : 2 : 1 : 3. In the central broad blue stripe are three forward-facing white lion heads with red tongues arranged along the diagonal. The ratio of width to length is 2 : 3.

Symbolism: The blue diagonal stripe symbolizes the Moravská Sázava River flowing through the municipality. The three white lion heads derive from the family coat of arms of Field Marshal Ernst Gideon von Laudon, whose lineage held historical ties to the wider estate and region. The white and red colors complement the heraldic tinctures taken from the municipal arms and historical village seals.
