Łaziska Górne is a town in the Silesian Voivodeship of southern Poland, part of the Katowice metropolitan area. First mentioned in 1287, it was historically under Piast Poland, Bohemian, Habsburg and Prussian rule before returning to Poland after World War I. The town features a historic synagogue from 1761 and lies in the Silesian Highlands.
