Flag Description: Bílá Třemešná is a municipality in the Trutnov District of the Hradec Králové Region, located in the Krkonoše foothills about 5 km northwest of Dvůr Králové nad Labem. It is historically notable as one of the final refuges of John Amos Comenius in Bohemia before his departure into exile.

Symbolism: The black lion bearing three flaming blue grenades on its torso is derived from the coat of arms of the Zilvár of Pilníkov (Silvar) noble family, who held the estate in the late 16th and early 17th centuries and built the Renaissance manor. The blue and red flanking stripes, combined with the white central pale, echo the primary tinctures of the municipal coat of arms.
