Summary
About the place: Cejle is a municipality and village located in Jihlava District within the Vysočina Region, approximately 8.5 km southwest of Jihlava in the Křemešnická Highlands. Comprising the villages of Cejle and Hutě, it features a scenic, rural landscape defined by agriculture and forestry.
Flag Description: The flag consists of three horizontal stripes of green, yellow, and green in a width ratio of 5 : 1 : 4. In the upper green stripe near the hoist, there is a yellow Latin cross with its intersection charged with a white pearl and its lower arm ending in a point. In the lower green stripe near the hoist, there is a white annular ring. The width-to-length ratio of the flag is 2 : 3.
Symbolism: The green fields and yellow stripe represent the forested countryside and agricultural traditions of the Vysočina Region. The yellow pointed cross with a central pearl refers to local historical stone and wayside crosses as well as the village chapel dedicated to Saint Margaret (alluding to the Greek 'margaritēs', meaning pearl). The white ring in the lower stripe represents the millstone from the municipal coat of arms, commemorating the region's historic milling heritage.
