Summary
Česká Třebová is a town in the Pardubice Region, located in the Svitavy Uplands near the Třebovka River. First mentioned in 1278, it was founded under King Ottokar II and later owned by the Zbraslav Monastery and the bishops of Litoměřice. The arrival of railway lines in 1845 and 1849 spurred industrial growth, especially in locomotive manufacturing.
