Flag Description: A yellow field with two black horizontal stripes in a width ratio of 1:1:6:1:1. The aspect ratio is 2:3.
Symbolism: The colors yellow and black are derived from the historic municipal coat of arms, which features two crossed black raguly staves (lopped branches) on a golden field. This emblem and its tinctures originate from the ancestral arms of the noble Ronovci family (specifically the Berka of Dubá branch), historical lords of the Milštejn estate to which Cvikov belonged. The horizontal stripes stylize these tinctures.
