Detvianska Huta

Detvianska Huta is a village in the Detva District of the Banská Bystrica Region in central Slovakia. The settlement formed in the late 18th century from the merger of two villages and a glassworks, which gave it its name. After the glassworks closed at the end of the 19th century, the community retained its rural character.
