Diepholz

Diepholz is a town in Lower Saxony, Germany, serving as the capital of the Diepholz district. It lies on the rivers Hunte and Lohne, roughly midway between Osnabrück and Bremen. Historically it was the seat of the County of Diepholz and the noble Lords who later became counts.
