Summary
About the place: Domamil is a rural municipality and village located in the Třebíč District of the Vysočina Region in the Czech Republic, about 7 km west of Moravské Budějovice. Situated in the undulating agricultural landscape of the Jevišovice Uplands, its prominent landmark is the parish Church of Saint Procopius with late Romanesque origins.
Flag Description: The flag consists of five diagonal stripes running from the lower hoist to the upper fly in red, white, blue, white, and red. The central blue stripe, issuing from the first third of the bottom edge to the last third of the top edge, is charged with three white roses with yellow seed centres. The ratio of flag width to length is 2:3.
Symbolism: The flag design is derived from the municipal coat of arms granted in 2007. The three white roses with yellow seeds (which sprout from a silver heart in the coat of arms) represent local spiritual heritage and historical seal motifs. The red, white, and blue tinctures correspond directly to the heraldic division and silver charges of the municipal shield.
