Heřmanův Městec

Heřmanův Městec is a town in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic, located west of Chrudim and southwest of Pardubice. The town lies in the Svitavy Uplands, extending into the Iron Mountains, with its historic centre protected as an urban monument zone. Founded in the late 13th century, it played a role in regional trade routes and endured conflicts such as the Hussite and Thirty Years' Wars.
