Herrlisheim is a commune in the Bas-Rhin department of Grand Est, northeastern France. It lies on fertile alluvial plains west of the Rhine, near Strasbourg, and is traversed by the Zorn, Moder and Kleinebach rivers. The town was heavily damaged during the World War II Operation Nordwind.
