About the place: Horní Řasnice is a border municipality situated in the northern part of the Liberec District in the Liberec Region, within the Frýdlant region and the Jizera Mountains foothills near the Polish border. The village is nestled along the Řasnice stream in a scenic, rural and forested submontane landscape.
