Summary

About the place: Hrobce is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic, situated on the left bank of the Elbe River about 6 km northwest of Roudnice nad Labem. It comprises two parts: Hrobce and Rohatce.

Flag Description: The flag consists of three horizontal stripes of red, white, and wavy blue (with three crests and two troughs) in a width ratio of 1:1:2. In the blue stripe is a twice-curled yellow ibex horn pointing downwards and toward the hoist. The width-to-length ratio of the sheet is 2:3.

Symbolism: The golden ibex horn is a canting charge referring to the municipal part Rohatce (associated with the Czech word for horn). The wavy blue stripe represents the Elbe River on whose banks the municipality is situated. The red and white stripes at the top reflect the traditional Bohemian provincial colors and historical lords of the Roudnice estate.
