About the place: Hynčice is a small village and municipality in the Náchod District of the Hradec Králové Region, situated in the Broumov Basin along the Stěnava River near the Czech-Polish border.

Flag Description: A blue field with a yellow crosier with a white sudarium flowing to both sides (with the crook turned towards the hoist), charged with an inverted white chevron issuing from the third to fifth thirteenths of the hoist and fly edges, with its apex at the twelfth thirteenth of the flag's width. The chevron is charged with three blue flax blossoms. The ratio of width to length is 2:3.

Symbolism: The golden abbot's crosier with a silver sudarium refers to the historic ownership and settlement of the area by the Břevnov-Broumov Benedictine monastery. The three blue flax blossoms on the silver chevron represent the traditional flax cultivation and textile heritage of the Broumov region. The blue field represents the Stěnava River and the local mountain landscape.
