Summary

About the place: Kisharsány is a small Hungarian village located in Baranya County, within the Siklós District. It is situated in a renowned wine-growing region near the Villány Mountains.

Flag Description: The flag consists of a white field with the complete municipal coat of arms—including supporters and a scroll—placed towards the hoist and center, while the fly end features two vertical stripes of red and yellow. The shield displays a green bunch of grapes with a leaf on a silver field above three green hills, under a red chief containing two silver linden leaves. The supporters are a golden lion on the left from the viewer's perspective (heraldic dexter) and a golden griffin on the right (heraldic sinister), standing on a silver ornate pedestal. Below the pedestal, a yellow ribbon bears the black inscription KISHARSÁNY.

Symbolism: The bunch of grapes and the triple mount symbolize the local winemaking tradition and the hilly landscape of the Villány region. The linden leaves refer to the natural heritage of the village, while the lion and griffin supporters represent strength, nobility, and historical tradition. The red and yellow vertical stripes on the fly side complement the municipal colors.
