Knínice is a market town in the Blansko District, South Moravian Region, Czech Republic. Founded by Queen Euphemia of Hungary, it was first mentioned in 1110 with a donation to the Hradisko Monastery. It gained market town status in 1250 under King Wenceslaus I.
