Komárno is a town in Slovakia situated at the confluence of the Danube and Vah rivers. Historically, it formed a unified town with Komárom in Hungary, divided by the Treaty of Trianon after WWI. Today, the towns are connected by the Elisabeth Bridge, facilitating travel within the Schengen Area.
