La Celia is a town and municipality located in the Department of Risaralda, Colombia, at an elevation of 1480 meters. Founded in 1915 by Manuel Marín and Martín Ortiz, it originated from the hamlet of Barcelona. It was officially declared a municipality on November 30, 1959, after being a district of Santuario.
