Summary
Lastomír is a village located in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia, within the Michalovce District. Historically, it was first documented in 1288 and formed part of Zemplén County in the Kingdom of Hungary until 1918. The village was briefly part of the Slovak Republic during WWII before being re-integrated into Czechoslovakia in 1944.
