Summary
Lepoglava is a town situated in Varaždin County, northern Croatia, located southwest of Varaždin. Historically, it hosted a significant Pauline monastery founded in 1400, which later became a prison in 1854. During WWII, the town was the site of the Lepoglava concentration camp.
