Lévis

Lévis is a city in eastern Quebec, Canada, situated opposite Quebec City on the St. Lawrence River. Founded in 1861, it became a unified city through mergers in 2002, encompassing ten former municipalities. Historically, the area was inhabited by First Nations and later developed as an agricultural domain under the French feudal system.
