Summary
Lipovník is a village located in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia, within the Rožava District. Historically, it was first documented in 1364 and was part of Gömör and Kishont County in the Kingdom of Hungary. Following the First Vienna Award, the village was briefly re-integrated into Hungary between 1938 and 1945.
