Ľubeľa is a village and municipality in Liptovský Mikuláš District of the Žilina Region in northern Slovakia. The settlement was first recorded in 1278 and historically belonged to Liptó County of the Kingdom of Hungary. Between 1939 and 1945 it was incorporated into the wartime Slovak Republic.
