Lubraniec is a town situated in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, central Poland. Historically, it served as the ancestral seat of the Lubrański noble family, receiving town rights in 1509 from Sigismund I the Old. During WWII, Lubraniec was occupied by Germany, resulting in the expulsion of Polish inhabitants.
