Madinat El-Amal, formerly known as Ezbet El Haggana, is a sub-district within Nasr City West in Cairo, Egypt. Originally a settlement for the Armed Forces' camel corps in the 1930s, it evolved into an informal settlement. Renamed 'City of Hope' in 2021, it is undergoing urban upgrading.
