Summary
Malko Tarnovo is a town in Burgas Province, southeastern Bulgaria, near the Turkish border. It's the only town within the Bulgarian Strandzha Mountains and is part of the Strandzha Nature Park. Historically, it was known as Tırnovacık within the Ottoman Empire before becoming Bulgarian territory after the Balkan Wars.
