Minsk

Minsk is the capital and largest city of Belarus, situated on the Svislach and Nyamiha rivers. It serves as the administrative center of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The city was largely rebuilt in the Stalinist Empire style following its near-total destruction during World War II.
