Mohyliv-Podilskyi is a city in the Vinnytsia Oblast of Ukraine, located on the left bank of the Dniester River. It was founded in 1595 by the Moldavian hospodar Ieremia Movilă and later became a significant trade center in Podolia. The city is connected by a bridge to the Moldovan town of Otaci.
