Nagahama, Shiga

Nagahama is a city located on the northern shore of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture. It was historically developed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who moved his administration from Odani Castle to this site. The area is well-known for its historical production of arquebuses and guns since the 16th century.
