Òrrius

Òrrius is a village and municipality in the Maresme comarca of Barcelona province, Catalonia, Spain. First recorded in 974 as vila de Orreos, it later came under the Lords of Roca del Vallès and features the 16th‑century Gothic church of Sant Andreu. The local economy is traditionally agricultural, while many residents now work in nearby Mataró.
