Pasay

Pasay is a highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, situated just south of Manila. It hosts the majority of Ninoy Aquino International Airport and major commercial zones such as Newport City and SM Central Business Park. Historically, the area belonged to the pre‑colonial Namayan confederation before becoming an American‑era town.
