Pasichna, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Pasichna is a village in Nadvirna Raion of Ivano‑Frankivsk Oblast, Ukraine, serving as the centre of Pasichna rural hromada. The settlement traces its origins to the mid‑16th century, though Polish sources claim a 15th‑century foundation, and began petroleum extraction in 1860. During World War II it briefly hosted Soviet partisan units under Sydir Kovpak.
