Peresznye is a village in Vas County, Hungary, near the Austrian border established by the Treaty of Trianon in 1921. It lies between Lutzmannsburg, Austria, and Csepreg, Hungary, close to Kőszeg. The village was a residence of Count Leopold Berchtold, the last Austro-Hungarian foreign minister, who died there in 1942.
