Petrove

Petrove is a rural settlement in the Kirovohrad Oblast of Ukraine, serving as the administrative center of the Petrove settlement hromada. Situated on the Inhulets River, it lies midway between Kropyvnytskyi and Dnipro. Historically, it was part of the Cossack Hetmanate and later the Kherson Governorate of the Russian Empire.
