Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Pigeon Forge is located in Sevier County, Tennessee, near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The city's name originates from an iron forge built in the early 19th century along the Little Pigeon River. Historically, the area was a Cherokee hunting ground traversed by the Indian Gap Trail.
