Pristina

Pristina serves as the capital and largest city of Kosovo, functioning as its administrative, economic, and political hub. Historically, the area was part of the Dardanian Kingdom and later experienced rule under the Byzantine and Bulgarian Empires. It became a significant Ottoman urban center, known for trade and mining, before becoming part of Yugoslavia.
