Summary
Sečovská Polianka is a village in the Vranov nad Topľou District, located in eastern Slovakia's Prešov Region. The municipality's history includes a split from Myjava in 1955, with residents traditionally engaged in agriculture and crafts. During the Slovak National Uprising, partisan groups operated in the surrounding area, and the village suffered partial destruction during liberation battles in April 1945.
