Sierro

Sierro is a municipality located in the Almería province within the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. The village is situated in a narrow valley known as the Comarca del Mármol, with a name derived from the Latin word for mountain range. Historically, the area was dominated by the influential Jimenez Ontiveros family, who managed extensive agricultural lands and municipal services.
