Táp is a Hungarian village located near Győr on the eastern edge of the Pannonhalma Hills. First mentioned in 1237, the village features historic 18th-century adobe farm homes preserved as folk monuments. It is the birthplace of the noted neurophysiologist Stephen William Kuffler.
