Torrox

Torrox is a municipality in the province of Málaga, Andalusia, divided into the historic inland village of Torrox Pueblo and the modern coastal resort of Torrox Costa. Located on the Costa del Sol, it is known for its mild Mediterranean climate and proximity to the Sierra de Almijara mountains. The town is historically linked to Almanzor, a prominent chancellor of the Caliphate of Córdoba.
