Summary
Tuluá is a major industrial and commercial city located in the Valle del Cauca department of Colombia. Founded in 1741 by Juan de Lemos y Aguirre, it is widely recognized as a significant center for salsa dancing. The city is situated between two cordilleras and is known as the Heart of the Valley.
