Summary
Veľké Blahovo is a village in the Dunajská Streda District of the Trnava Region, southwestern Slovakia. First mentioned in 1162 as terra Oboni, it belonged to noble families such as Csiba and Rácz and was part of Hungary until the 1918 Treaty of Trianon. After brief Hungarian rule (1938‑1945) it has been part of Slovakia.
