Vlotho

Vlotho is a town situated in the Herford district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, along the Weser river. Historically, it gained city status in 1248, later losing it due to hardship, but regained it in 1719. The town was the site of a battle during the Thirty Years' War in 1638.
