Øvre Eiker is a municipality in Buskerud county, Norway, forming part of the traditional Eiker region. It was created on 1 July 1885 when the former Eiker municipality was divided into Øvre (upper) and Nedre (lower) Eiker. The administrative centre is the village of Hokksund, and the coat of arms, granted in 1981, features three silver oak leaves.
