Summary
Vynohradar is a historical neighbourhood within Kyiv, Ukraine, now part of the Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi districts. Founded in 1935 by farmer I.I. Bekasov due to grape cultivation, it was initially a kolkhoz during Soviet times. Residential construction occurred between 1975 and 1987.
