Summary
Vyshneve is a city located in the Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine, just south of Kyiv. Originally developing around a railway station built in 1886, it grew significantly during Soviet collectivization. The town was officially recognized in 1971 by the Ukrainian Higher Council.
