Yaremche is a town in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, western Ukraine, situated at an altitude of around 580 meters. Founded in 1787, it gained city status in 1977 and became a popular tourist destination in interwar Poland. The town features notable wooden architecture and a rail viaduct over the Prut valley.
