Summary
The Hiroshima Domain was a feudal domain of Japan that encompassed all of Aki Province and half of Bingo Province, covering most of present-day Hiroshima Prefecture. It was ruled primarily by the Asano clan and had a kokudaka of 426,500 koku. The domain was abolished in 1871 during the Meiji Restoration, and its lands were incorporated into Hiroshima Prefecture.
