Lower Yafa

Lower Yafa was a sultanate within the British Aden Protectorate, governed by the Al Afifi dynasty. Its administrative center was located in the town of Jaar, serving as the seat of power. The sultanate existed as one of two parts of the broader Yafa'a region, alongside Upper Yafa.
